Monthly Scrip Sales at Bierbaum

Scrip is a monthly fundraising activity at Bierbaum during the school year. So not only does it make sense to buy gift cards to use as gifts through this program, but also your monthly shopping, gas & entertainment cards!

Orders & payments received by the first Friday of the month will be delivered on or before the 3rd Friday of the month – every month!

First Time Setup

Great Lakes Scrip offers a payment option where you don’t have to send a check or cash through school. It’s called Presto-Pay, and if you set it up, they will debit your bank account automatically for your order (you will be asked each time you order if you want to use this payment option or send in a check). No more checks getting lost in backpacks or desks! Also, you can place your order Friday night from home and not have to worry that your payment didn’t make it to school in time for the cutoff. Easy Instructions for Ordering

1. Place your order by going to ShopWithScrip.com or complete an order form and send to school (download order form)
2. Pay for your order either online with PrestoPay or send a check payable to Bierbaum PTO to school with a copy of your order form or online confirmation. NOTE: Bierbaum PTO charges $20 for returned checks and PrestoPay charges $30 for returned payments.
3. Be sure to include your NAME, STUDENT'S NAME, and TEACHER, as well as a PHONE NUMBER where you can be reached with your order.
4. Turn in your order by the FIRST FRIDAY of the month.
5. Expect delivery on or before the THIRD FRIDAY of the month. NOTE: Delivery will NOT be made through children's backpacks...you will be contacted about a convenient time/method for delivery or pickup.
