Get into the Swing of Things: The School Picnic is Coming!

The Picnic Schedule:
- 9:30 AM - PTO booth opens; ride bracelet distribution begins
- 9:45 AM - Opening ceremonies at flag
- 10:00 AM - Rides and all PTO booths open
- 2:00 PM - Ride bracelet sales end
- 4:45 PM - Raffle prizes awarded at PTO Booth
- 5:00 PM - PTO game and food booths close
- 6:00 PM - Ride bracelets no longer valid
- 7:00 PM - Ride ticket sales close; picnic closes
Ticket Sales
PTO game booths, the food booth and the soda booth require tickets. Advance ticket and ride bracelet sales will take place during the Presale on Thursday, May 3 & Friday, May 4, at the times noted below.
In addition, ride bracelets and tickets may be purchased in advance through school using the presale form that will be coming home in an upcoming Wednesday folder. Deadline to turn in advance purchases is Wednesday, May 2. Click here for the order form. (requires Adobe Reader).
Ticket Prices
- Ride bracelet - Presale: $20; Day of Picnic: $25
- Ride tickets - Presale: 24 for $18; Day of Picnic: $1 each or 24 for $20
- PTO Booth tickets - Presale: 50¢ each or 11 for $5 (presale only); Day of Picnic: 50¢ each

- Thursday, May 3: 8:30 - 9:30 AM, and 3:45 - 4:30 PM
- Friday, May 4: Beginning at 8:30 - 9:30 AM, 3:45 - until picnic setup is completed (usually by 6 PM)

Ride bracelet and ticket sales are nonrefundable!
Ride bracelets are valid from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only, with unlimited rides during these times. Riders may purchase a ride bracelet or individual tickets.
Kiddie rides (2 tickets each) scheduled to appear include the Scooby Doo Bounch House, Kiddie Cars, Frog Hopper, Toon Town, and Super Slide. Older kid and adult rides (3 tickets each) scheduled include the Vortex (Round-Up), Swinger, Scrambler, and Ferris Wheel. The Rock-O-Plane ride takes 4 tickets. (Please note that scheduled rides are subject to substitutions without notice.) PTO games are 1 ticket per play, except for Break-A-Plate and Toy Wheel, which each require 2 tickets per play.
Food & Drinks
The food and soda booths will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:15 PM. and will accept tickets only;
no cash sales are allowed at these booths.
